Police say the incident happened near Dogwood Pine and Pine Park Drives.
RICHLAND HILLS, Texas — Richland Hills police say one person has been arrested in connection with an incident they are currently investigating that happened Monday afternoon, officials say.
According to a post on X from the department, the incident happened near Dogwood Park and Pine Park Drives.
The scene is still active, police say, but streets are being reopened. There is still a heavy police presence but the department says there is no current threat to the public.
