DALLAS — It’s that time of year! May in North Texas means it’s time for graduation but it’s also our wettest time of year. True to form, we have chances of rain and storms as we head into Memorial Day weekend.
There are a few big schools that have planned their graduation outdoors and are susceptible to the elements.
