Officers searched the business and found nothing inside or outside, police said. Sam’s Club has since reopened.
PLANO, Texas — A Sam’s Club in Plano was temporarily evacuated Sunday after an employee saw a bomb threat written on a bathroom stall door, police say.
According to the Plano Police Department, the employee at the store, located at 1200 E. Spring Creek Parkway, saw a message on the door alerting a bomb was inside the business.
Officials said the Sam’s Club was then evacuated and officers swept the building for a search. However, officers found nothing inside or outside of the store.
After the search was complete, police say Sam’s Club Corporate decided to reopen the business.
