Lt. Gov. Patrick, Speaker Burrows call for DSHS to waive fiber provision for summer camps

Texas House and Senate leaders are seeking to allow youth summer camps to obtain licenses from the Department of State Health Services if they meet all safety requirements except the new fiber connection requirement.
