Debbie Rabb was last seen Saturday afternoon in the 3800 block of S.M. Wright Freeway.
DALLAS — The Dallas Police Department is searching for a missing 66-year-old woman named Debbie Rabb, officials say.
Labeled a “critical missing” by authorities, Rabb was last seen with a walker on foot in the 3800 block of S.M. Wright Freeway at around 1:00 p.m. Saturday.
Rabb is described by police as a black-haired, brown-eyed Black woman standing at 5-foot-2 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds.
