Kayakers discover body of 2nd missing University of South Florida student: Sheriff

Hillsborough County Sheriff Chad Chronister announced Friday morning that the remains discovered in the water near the Howard Frankland Bridge were positively identified as Nahida Bristy on Thursday, April 30.
