A teenager died after a two-vehicle crash in west Dallas, while another person was injured in the crash, police said.
DALLAS — A 19-year-old man died after he was involved in a crash in west Dallas, officials said.
Officers responded around 1:10 a.m. on Sunday, May 17, to an accident in the 5500 block of South Buckner Blvd., the Dallas Police Department said in a press release.
Investigators found that a pickup truck ran a red light at the location and hit an SUV, the release states. The driver of the truck died at the scene, police said. The driver of the SUV was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.
The deceased driver was later identified as David Garcia Mora, according to the Dallas County Medical Examiner.
