The sheriff’s office said there are no life-threatening injuries, but the main lanes at West Airport will be closed until at least 9 p.m.
RICHMOND, Texas — Emergency crews are responding to a crash in Fort Bend County. And drivers can expect a delay to last well into the night.
It happened in the northbound lanes of the Grand Parkway at West Airport in Fort Bend County, according to the sheriff’s office.
Authorities said no life-threatening injuries were reported.
The northbound lanes of the Grand Parkway in teh area are expected to be shut down for an estimated four to six hours while hazmat crews work to clean up the scene.
Drivers are being urged to avoid the area and use feeder roads as alternate routes while crews work to clear the crash.
