Woodmont sells Houston site to boost economic growth

Woodmont Properties sells a site in Houston, highlighting investor interest in the industrial sector.

HOUSTON — After this article was published, Woodmont Properties issued a press release announcing the sale of the site and development plans, saying it had acquired the property in 2023 in partnership with development and design firm Adler Cos. as part of a strategic plan to expand its footprint in key U.S. markets.

Woodmont did not say why it decided to sell the development.

“This transaction demonstrates Houston’s continued investor appeal within the industrial sector,” Woodmont Executive Vice President Anthony Amadeo said in the release. “We’re proud to have completed a sale that further strengthens the region’s position as a vital economic anchor. It was a pleasure to work with our partners on this deal, and we look forward to further transactions in the future together.”
