SAN ANTONIO — In simply one month, 5 Bexar County deputies assigned to the prison have been gotten rid of from their placements– 2 of them jailed and facing significant criminal charges, including murder.
Constable Javier Salazar claimed while transgression behind bars isn’t special to Bexar County, his department’s strategy to handling it is.

The cases remain under investigation, and added disciplinary action has not been eliminated.
