Water main break in NW Houston sends water shooting 20 feet in the air

At this point, it’s not clear what led to the break.

HOUSTON — Check this out – a water main break in northwest Houston is sending water high into the air.

It’s happening on Blalock north of Clay Road. Our photojournalist said the water is shooting around 20 feet in the air.

According to Houston police, the first call came in around 10:40 a.m. 

At this point, we don’t know exactly how the water main broke or how widespread the water impact is.
