Addison’s Kaboom town is the No. 4 best fireworks show in the country, according to USA Today
ADDISON, Texas — As America’s 250th anniversary approaches, you probably want to celebrate with the best, and it turns out one of the best is right here in North Texas.
USA Today recently named Addison’s Kaboom Town as one of the best Fourth of July fireworks celebrations in the country.
Kaboom Town is one of the most popular fireworks shows in North Texas, prompting road closures and routinely selling out of tickets fast.
Those who can snag a ticket, which usually go on sale in early June, can watch the fireworks from Addison Circle Park. Families there can enjoy festival food, beverages, and a fun zone area for the kids, WFAA previously reported. However, as USA Today points out, the fireworks are visible from pretty much anywhere in town.
Plus, locally organized watch parties offer another option for viewing the airshow.
The event typically draws about 500,000 spectators from across the country, according to Kaboom Town. The event will kick off with the Addison Airport Airshow, followed by the 25-minute spectacular fireworks display
