HOUSTON — Rush hour traffic is even worse than usual on the North Freeway.
I-45 northbound is reduced to one lane at Crosstimbers due to an emergency pavement repair, TranStar said Wednesday afternoon.
The delay was recorded at 44 minutes and increasing in the area.
Alternates include the Hardy Toll Road, Ella Blvd./Wheatley Street, or the Beltway.
