Houston claims three spots on Texas’ most expensive listings for July, trailing only Dallas-area homes.
HOUSTON — New data presented by the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) reveals Texas’ 10 most expensive listings for July 2025, with three Houston properties making the list.
The three most expensive listings on the Houston market are in the coveted Memorial Close-In market. They are not only in the same subdivision, but also on the same street in Sherwood Forest. The homes ranked third, fourth, and eighth among the other Texas homes.
The most expensive home on the list can be found in Dallas’ Shore Acres subdivision. Listed for $19.95 million, the property at 4009 W. Lawther Drive was built almost 100 years ago in 1929. It sits on 10 acres and spans 10,702 square feet. The home has only been on the market for one week.
The highest-ranked Houston property is located at 325 W. Friar Tuck Lane and is listed for $12.25 million. The European-inspired, three-story residence was built in 2001. It spans 13,200 square feet and sits on 1.45 acres. The home has been on the market for 16 days.
