Starbucks hiring ‘Global Coffee Creators’: How to apply, salary info

Love coffee, travel and social media? This could be the job for you.

WASHINGTON — Starbucks is looking to hire two content creators to travel the world and share their experiences trying coffee. The company is currently accepting applications for its Global Coffee Creator program, a one-year role that includes travel to 10-15 global Starbucks locations.

From Costa Rica and Colombia to Dubai, Tokyo and Milan, two creators will document their travel experiences for social media while highlighting Starbucks’ global culture and the communities surrounding the company’s various international breweries.

“This is more than a job; it’s a chance to immerse yourself in the world of coffee, meet new people and see new places. If you’re ready to pack your bags and share the Starbucks experience through a fresh lens, we’d love to hear from you,” the job posting says.

The role is open to U.S. residents aged 18 or older, who have a valid passport and are able to travel frequently from August 2025 through July 2026.

No college degree or previous work experience is required, however, qualifications include being tech savvy, able to keep up with trends and proficiency with creating and editing video for social media.

The posted pay range is listed as $80,100 – $136,000, however, Starbucks notes “the pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.” All travel expenses are covered, with support by Delta Air Lines and Marriott Bonvoy.
