Cascabel Mexican Patio, a quaint and colorful Southtown eatery focused on big interior-Mexican flavors, has shut down. The restaurant, which launched in 2003, announced its closure this week in a Facebook post featuring the Ozzy Osbourne ballad “Mama, I’m Coming Home” played over a video walkthrough of its kitchen and art-filled dining room. The message offered no explanation why the business is ceasing operation.
