DALLAS — An 18-wheeler in Dallas overturned off the freeway and into a ditch in the median of Julius Schepps Freeway early Wednesday morning, officials say. This is the second overturned 18-wheeler in Dallas Wednesday morning.
According to Dallas Fire-Rescue, crews were dispatched to the 9500 block of Julius Schepps Freeway just after 12 a.m. this morning regarding an overturned 18-wheeler.
Hazmat was called due to a 50-gallon saddle tank that spilled and needed to be off-loaded before the semi was towed.
The crash has since cleared. There were no injuries reported, officials say.
The other 18-wheeler crash blocked all of the westbound lanes of Interstate 30 near Good Latimer Expressway for hours, WFAA reported.
