Thirteen years after opening its doors, the Pearl’s Boiler House Texas Grill is under new ownership. In a statement shared with the Current on Tuesday, officials with San Antonio’s Southerleigh Hospitality Group said they worked in partnership with fellow Alamo City restaurant group Potluck Hospitality to acquire the Lone Star State-inspired chop house.
