A Bexar County judge ruled Friday that Ashley Pardo — the San Antonio mom facing charges that she bought munitions for her son as he planned a mass shooting — can leave the home where she’s under house arrest to seek employment opportunities, the Express-News reports. The ruling by Bexar County Criminal District Court Judge Miguel Najera comes after Pardo’s defense attorney, Joseph Appelt, requested that her bond terms be amended, according to the daily. Appelt told the court his 33-year-old client is unable to pay her $3,000 in monthly bills, adding that her inability to leave her home and earn income resulted in her water being cut off, the Express-News reports.
