A San Antonio H-E-B physician is out on bond after being accused of placing a hidden camera in a store bathroom with the intention of watching his colleagues undress, the Express-News reports. Dr. Marshall Brittan Silva, 37, was arrested earlier this month and charged with invasive visual recording after admitting to police that he placed a recording device in the bathroom of the H-E-B Wellness Primary Care at 3922 Wiseman Road, according to the daily. He was released on June 11 on $10,000 bond, the report also states.
