Max & Louie’s New York Diner, a Bitters Road staple since 2016, will open a second location, bringing the popular breakfast, lunch and dinner spot’s signature Big Apple flavors to the northeastern bedroom community of Cibolo. Cibolo City officials unveiled the plans a “What’s Coming Wednesday” Facebook post, saying the new Max & Louie’s will go into Cibolo Crossing, a 116-acre mixed-used development along I-13.
