AUSTIN (KXAN) – -It’s a difficult day in Kerr County, where city and county officials described the July 4 flooding as “devastating and deadly” after it swept through the area early Thursday morning.
In a press conference held by Kerr County and some City of Kerrville leaders, officials confirmed that this flood far surpasses the 1987 flood. Judge Rob Kelly said he can assure everyone that all available resources are being coordinated as they continue their rescue efforts.
