GALVESTON, Texas — A new festival is gearing up to make a splash in Galveston in November.

The inaugural Old Quarter Singer-Songwriter Festival will run from Nov. 13 to Nov. 15 at four “of the city’s most iconic listening rooms,” organizers said. The venues include the Old Quarter Acoustic Cafe, the Proletariat Gallery & Public House, the Scottish Rite Cathedral, and The Naked Iguana.

“Each space offers its own unique atmosphere, creating listening rooms where every lyric, every chord, and every pause becomes part of an unforgettable experience,” organizers said in a news release.

Some of the artists confirmed in the lineup include John Moreland, Jesse Dayton, Adam & Chris Carroll, Alex Mass, and Two Tons of Steel, among others.

Tickets are on sale now and start at $200 for a 2-day general admission pass. VIP tickets are also available starting at $260. Click here for more information about tickets.

Organizers said the festival is in partnership with ARTS Downtown GTX.
