Fulshear’s new dining concept, The Track FTX, reimagines the food truck park with a brick-and-mortar twist and indoor bar space.

FULSHEAR, Texas — Fulshear is gearing up to welcome a unique spin on a food truck park along with several other projects to reinvigorate its downtown sector.

The new concept, dubbed The Track FTX, will include a 4,500-square-foot building to service multiple food trucks parked on-site at 8418 First St., according to city documents. Current plans call for about 2,000 square feet of indoor “social space” with tables in addition to restrooms, a kitchen and a serving/bar area. There also will be some outdoor patio areas with additional seating.

The project will be developed by the property owner, Norval Parsell, per the documents.
