New Braunfels’ one-time City Hall is getting a flavorful second life thanks to a new dining concept set to open later this year in the historic 96-year-old building. The eponymous Old City Hall Restaurant & Bar, 200 N. Seguin Ave., is being developed by the Wiggins Hospitality group, the team behind New Braunfels’ McAdoo’s Seafood Co., a Cajun-forward eatery located that opened in 2009 inside a former post office, and La Cosecha Mexican Table, which launched in 2019.
