HOUSTON — Just one year after opening its first Texas location, a popular ramen shop that has received Michelin recommendations is preparing to open a second Houston location.
Mensho founder Tomoharu Shono has 25 ramen shops around the world. He brought the concept to Houston for the first time last year with a restaurant at Dun Huang Plaza, 9889 Bellaire, in the city’s Asiatown.
Mensho’s new ramen restaurant will be located at 1515 W. Gray Street, east of Dunlavy, in Montrose, according to a filing submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
