Dr. Salenah Cartier
HOUSTON — Here’s something to celebrate — at just 23 years old, one University of Houston grad already has an impressive resume.
Dr. Salenah Cartier, who is from Kingwood, became the University of Houston’s youngest PhD graduate in nearly two decades, earning her doctorate in education this week.
She’s been ahead of schedule her whole educational career, graduating with her bachelor’s degree at age 17 and earning a master’s degree at 18.
