Luke Bryan Dallas concert rescheduled

Luke Bryan posted on social media that tickets for Friday’s show will be honored for the new date.

DALLAS — Country music star Luke Bryan postponed his Dallas concert Friday hours before it was scheduled “due to illness.”

The award-winning singer-songwriter and “American Idol” judge rescheduled two stops on his “Country Song Came On” tour – the one at Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas originally set for Friday, and one in Lafayette, Louisiana – according to his post on X, formerly Twitter.

The Dallas show was rescheduled for Sept. 12, and the Lafayette show was rescheduled for Sept. 11.

“Please hold on to your tickets — they will be honored for the new dates. Thank you for your understanding,” Bryan wrote.

Among the guests accompanying Bryan on his tour include George Birge, Avery Anna, Drake Milligan, Owen Riegling, Ashland Craft, Adrien Nunez, Cole Goodwin, Vincent Mason, Mae Estes, Randall King, Braxton Keith, and DJ Rock, according to Bryan’s website.

Bryan’s announcement that he’s postponing two tour stops came after his voice struggled during shows in Arkansas this week, as Parade Magazine and other outlets have reported
