LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. — An electrical worker is recovering after a frightening incident was caught on dashcam video, showing the moment an 18-wheeler collided with the lift truck he was working on.
The video, shared with our partners at WBRZ, shows the worker suspended in the air beneath a traffic signal in Denham Springs. As he’s working, the 18-wheeler attempts to turn into the right lane and clips the lift from below, causing it to jolt and leaving the worker dangling in the air.
According to Denham Springs Police, the worker sustained only minor injuries and did not require hospitalization. The incident remains under investigation.
