Legal fight over Fred's Fish Fry's trademark infringement claim could be coming to a close

It’s been two years since San Antonio restaurant chain Fred’s Fish Fry embarked on a legal battle against more than a dozen defendants for their alleged roles in creating and selling a joke sports jersey sporting the company’s logo. Now, the courtroom saga that captured the attention of chronically online San Antonians may finally be nearing a resolution. On Monday, U.S. District Judge Xavier Rodriguez agreed that one of the few remaining defendants, Food Truck Park Rancho 181 owner Victor Galvan, wasn’t properly served, voiding an earlier default judgment against him in the case, the Express-News reports.
