Kirby mayoral race results remain the same after recount requested in May

KIRBY, Texas – The results in the race for mayor of the City of Kirby are unchanged after a recount on Thursday, according to the Bexar County Elections Office.

The recount confirmed incumbent Janeshia Grider won re-election by six votes.

Her opponent, Christopher Garza, requested the recount in May.
