According to police, the body was found Sunday evening in the 100 block of North Nursery Road. At this time, police do not believe the victim was hit by a train, officials said.
The circumstances surrounding the victim’s death are under investigation. Detectives and the medical examiner’s office are working to determine the cause of death, according to police.
