Houston TranStar reported that three vehicles were involved in the crash. It was first reported at 1:22 p.m. It wasn’t clear if anyone was hurt, but emergency crews were on scene to clear the wreck.
TranStar reported a hazmat spill, but the type of material involved is unknown.
Traffic westbound wasn’t restricted, but of course, rubberneckers were slowing down travel.
Outbound traffic should use Highway 330 to Highway 146 or surface streets like Wallisville Road.
