Houston police said there “might” have been someone shot.
HOUSTON– A shooting was reported in a parking lot near the Shopping center Tuesday mid-day. The address for the area the shooting was 5100 Westheimer Road, which is in between Sage and McCue.
It wasn’t known that fired shots, if there were any type of injuries or if any individual would be restrained.
The scene was in control, according to HPD.
The Emporium is off Westheimer, west of the 610 Loop. The shopping mall has 400 stores and 3 million square feet of space.
