GRAPEVINE, Texas — Grapevine police are searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting a child, officials said.
Jose Marquina-Bonilla, 33, is wanted on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child, according to a release from the Grapevine Police Department. More information about his case has not been released.
Police said detectives “have followed several investigative leads” but can’t find him.
Marquina-Bonilla is listed on the Texas Department of Public Safety’s “Texas 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrant” list. More information about his immigrant status was not released.
The state is offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to his arrest, calling Marquina-Bonilla “armed and dangerous.”
Grapevine police said they believe Marquina-Bonilla is hiding with friends or family in North Texas.
