Fort Worth police are searching for a suspect in connection with a fatal shooting in East Fort Worth, officials said
FORT WORTH, Texas — One Person was killed in a fatal overnight shooting, Fort Worth police said.
Officers responded to reports of a shooting around 1:38 a.m. Tuesday in the 6100 block of Sparrow Wood Lane, Fort Worth police said in a press release.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found one person with a gunshot wound, the release states. The victim was pronounced dead on the scene, police said.
The shooting may have been caused by a domestic dispute, police said. The incident remains under investigation, officials said.
The suspect in the shooting is not in police custody, the release states.
