HOUSTON — Saturday was Election Day in Texas, including the special election for state House District 4. The race is between Brett Ligon and Ron Angeletti. The district includes all of Chambers County and parts of Harris, Galveston, Montgomery and Jefferson counties. Ligon, a Republican, and Angeletti, a Democrat, are on the ballot, vying to fill the vacant seat through January 2027.
