The Houston Police Department said the driver crashed through a fence, hit a tree and kept going until the car went into the water.
HOUSTON — A driver is dead after a crash in southeast Houston plunged their car into Brays Bayou Friday night.
The crash happened around 11:30 p.m. on South MacGregor near Cullen along Brays Bayou.
