HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A man died Tuesday after being critically injured in a tree trimming accident in the Cypress area, according to Harris County Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman.
It happened along Hillock Glen Lane, which is in a neighborhood just off Telge Road south of the Grand Parkway.
According to Herman, the man fell while he was trimming a tree. It’s unclear if he was a resident or worked with a landscape company.
When authorities got to the scene, they found the man unresponsive. He was taken to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
“We extend our deepest condolences to the family during this tragic time. Our hearts are with his family and loved ones,” Herman said in a post on social media.
