Dallas-based public charter airline JSX has launched its first loyalty program.
Members of the loyalty program, called Club JSX, are offered an array of travel benefits, according to a July 9 announcement. Customers will earn 5% back in rewards when booking a flight and up to five people can pool rewards together for family travel. Members receive a birthday rewards bonus, personalized incentives based on travel habits, and those who refer a first-time JSX customer will receive a $100 flight voucher. Club JSX is free to join, and reward benefits will last for one year.
Founded in 2016 as JetSuiteX, JSX describes itself as a “hop-on” public charter service that operates 140 daily flights from private terminals in 28 airports. The company offers free wireless internet and complimentary food and drinks, as well as plane-side baggage retrieval after touchdown. Each jet is equipped with 30 seats.
Currently, its fleet consists of 48 aircrafts: 26 ERJ-135 jets and 22 ERJ-145 jets. Last month, JSX announced that it will add its first hybrid-electric jet into its fleet. The company leased two ATR 42-600 aircraft with plans to begin flying in late 2025. The jet holds 30 guests, and is a more spacious and luxurious option for JSX travelers.
