At least one person was taken into custody at the end of a police chase along West Gulf Bank Road on Friday. It’s unclear what prompted the chase.
HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — At least one person was taken into custody after a chase ended in a crash in north Harris County on Friday.
Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office were chasing a truck when it crashed into another vehicle. Both vehicles then went through an apartment fence.
One of the vehicles, a white SUV, was seen via Air 11 video upside down in the parking lot.
Another vehicle, a black truck, was also seen in Air 11 video. It appeared to have crashed through a different section of the fence before hitting an apartment building. The truck’s hood was covered in bricks.
It’s unclear which vehicle was involved in the chase and which vehicle was struck.
