Body cam footage of 'unnecessary and excessive' arrest at Texas McDonald's released, officer indicted

City officials have released body camera footage showing last year’s arrest of Victoria Lang from a McDonald’s in Wichita Falls, Texas. Former police officer Daniel Wilson has been indicted in connection with the case.
