SAN ANTONIO — A court rejected a demand to reduce the bond for a female butted in connection with a canine whipping case.
A hearing was held Friday for Heather Rodriquez, 36, who was entrusted with babysitting a 1 -year-old young boy on Oct. 7
Rodriquez left her home near Converse in northeast Bexar Area and withdrawed the infant in an area with her 13 -year-old little girl to keep the child far from the dogs.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said the dogs required their means right into the space and eliminated the young boy.
Throughout the hearing, Rodriquez requested her $ 250, 000 bond be reduced, however a judge denied her demand.
Rodriquez is billed with injury to a kid and kid endangerment.
In a previous court judgment in mid-October, the court bought all 3 of Rodriquez’s pets to be euthanized in connection with the occurrence.
The pet dogs are set up to be euthanized following week.
