ATCEMS: 3 injured in 'major' 2-vehicle crash in northeast Travis County

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin-Travis County EMS responded to a “major collision” between two vehicles that left three people injured just northeast of Austin.

ATCEMS medics said on social media it responded to the intersection of Samsung Boulevard and East Parmer Lane around 1:30 p.m. for a report of the crash with three people involved.

One adult was declared a “trauma alert,” and was transported by medics to Dell Seton with serious injuries, the agency said.

In a 2:45 p.m. update, medics said second adult patient was transported to Dell Seton with minor injuries. Additionally, a pediatric patient was evaluated on the scene for minor injuries “but did not require transport to the hospital,” medics said.
