A coalition of groups opposed to President Donald Trump’s agenda will stage a march through downtown San Antonio this Saturday to decry the administration’s mass deportation efforts, abuse of executive power and damaging tariff policies. The demonstration, which will begin at Travis Park, 301 E. Travis St., is the first large-scale protest in the Alamo City since the June 14 “No Kings” action that flooded the center city with 10,000 demonstrators. Like the “No Kings” march, Saturday’s event is organized by 50501 SATX in coordination with the Bexar County Democratic Party, the Northeast Bexar Democrats, Indivisible and the Party for Socialism and Liberation.
