The owners of a forthcoming San Antonio speakeasy are adding a final polish to what they hope will be a North Side hidden gem. Il Segreto — an underground cocktail spot promising a fusion of old-world charm and contemporary Italian sophistication — will debut in late July, according to its ownership team.
