An event this Sunday at downtown’s Kimpton Santo San Antonio – Riverwalk hotel will provide both a luxurious soiree to close out Pride Month and one of the last chances to see local drag icon Kristi Waters live in action before she takes time off from performing to focus on her health. Waters, who claimed the title of Best Drag Performer from 2020-2024 in the Current’s Best of San Antonio poll, recently revealed she’s taking a break due to a cancer diagnosis.
