More than 10,000 people took to San Antonio’s streets on Saturday, June 14, to protest President Donald Trump’s birthday parade, a turnout unprecedented in recent memory. The Alamo City gathering happened in conjunction with 2,000 similar actions nationwide which drew a combined 5 million demonstrators, according to NPR. Some estimates place the total draw even higher.
