AUSTIN (KXAN) — A Silver Alert was issued out of Austin for a missing man last seen early Wednesday morning.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 80-year-old Francis Quinlan was last seen at 4:15 a.m. in the 12300 block of Yarmont Way Street, which is in north Austin.
Quinlan has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment. Law enforcement said he is a Black man who was last seen wearing a blue shirt, dark blue checkered pajama pants, and black slippers.
