HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — A young child is in critical condition after being found unresponsive in a pool Wednesday evening, according to Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.
It happened at a home on Slumbering Falls Lane in the Cypress Creek Lakes area.
Gonzalez said when deputies arrived, they learned a mother had discovered her child, possibly 4 years old, unresponsive in a neighbor’s pool.
The child was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
